2. 批发资格 | Wholesale Eligibility

本网站面向具有合法经营资质的零售商及分销商。购买即表明您具备相应的商业经营资质。

This website is intended for licensed retailers and distributors. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified business buyer.

3. 订单与付款 | Orders & Payment

所有订单须经我方确认后方可生效。付款方式为银行电汇（SWIFT/CHATS），运费确认后须与货款一并支付，方可安排发货。最低起批金额为500美元。

All orders are subject to our confirmation. Payment is via bank transfer (SWIFT/CHATS). Shipping fees must be confirmed and paid together with the order amount before shipment is arranged. Minimum order value is USD $500.

4. 价格与汇率 | Pricing & Exchange Rate

所有价格以美元（USD）标注。参考汇率为1 USD ≈ 6.75 RMB，汇率波动±1%以内不作调整。

All prices are listed in USD. The reference exchange rate is 1 USD ≈ 6.75 RMB. No adjustment will be made for fluctuations within ±1%.
