Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 14 days
of the delivery date.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Start a return by emailing support@borowskijewelry.com with your order number.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please use a tracked service — we
can only refund items we actually receive.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your
original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not
refunded.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days
of delivery with a photo. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or a
full refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before they ship.
