Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at BOROWSKI. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included.
  • Customized items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

How to Request an Exchange or Return
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item(s). We will respond within 24 hours and advise on the return process and return address.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
  • If the item has a quality defect or significantly differs from the product description, BOROWSKI will cover the return shipping cost.

Please Note

  • Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or are missing original packaging are not eligible.
  • We do not accept items returned without prior authorization.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • For international orders, any customs duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately (within 7 days) with photos, and we will resolve it promptly.

How to Cancel an Order
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • 须保留原包装及所有配件。
  • 定制商品不支持退换。

请提供订单号及商品照片，我们将在24小时内回复，并告知退货地址及流程。

运费说明

  • 换货运费由买家承担。
  • 如因商品质量问题（工艺缺陷、与描述严重不符），运费由 BOROWSKI 承担。

注意事项

  • 超过7天申请恕不受理。
  • 已佩戴、有损伤或缺少原包装的商品不予退换。
  • 未经授权直接退回的商品恕不接受。
  • 退款将在收到退货并验收后5-7个工作日内原路退回。
  • 因海关政策产生的关税或税费由买家承担，不予退还。

损坏与问题
收到商品后请立即检查。如有缺陷、损坏或发错商品，请7天内联系并提供照片，我们将尽快为您处理。
