Eligibility

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition
Original packaging and all accessories must be included

Please provide your order number and photos of the item. We will respond within 24 hours and provide the return address.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
If the item has a quality defect or significantly differs from the product description, BOROWSKI will cover the return shipping cost

Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted
Items that have been worn, damaged, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for exchange
We do not accept items returned without prior authorization
Customized items are non-exchangeable

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
