SHIPPING POLICY

Effective for all orders placed on www.borowskijewelry.com.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days (72 hours, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Standard international shipping: US$5.90 per order.
FREE shipping on orders of US$30.00 or more (after discounts).

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped by registered international airmail through our logistics partner 4PX. Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 10–15 business days, depending on destination. A tracking number is issued as soon as the parcel is handed over, and you will receive it by email.

Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and may be collected by the courier on delivery.

Remote Areas / Additional Fees
If your delivery address is in a remote area or requires an additional fee, we will notify you before dispatch.
