SHIPPING POLICY
Effective for all orders placed on www.borowskijewelry.com.
Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within [3-5] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping — Mainland China Shipping is FREE on all orders within mainland China. • Remote areas excluded: Some remote regions (e.g., Xinjiang, Tibet, and other outlying areas) may be excluded from free shipping. If an additional shipping fee applies, we will contact you before dispatch. • Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan are NOT included in the mainland China free-shipping offer and are handled separately.
International Shipping All international orders are shipped via DHL Express courier. • The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on DHL's actual rates for your destination (package weight and size). • Estimated delivery: typically 3–7 business days, depending on destination. • Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and may be collected by the courier on delivery.

Tracking All shipments include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Remote Areas / Additional Fees If your delivery address is in a remote area or requires an additional fee, we will notify you before dispatch.
