Welcome to BOROWSKI. These terms apply when you visit www.borowskijewelry.com or place an order with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are
BOROWSKI is a fashion jewelry brand based in Guangzhou, China. You can reach us at support@borowskijewelry.com.

2. Our products
All pieces are fashion jewelry. Stones are cubic zirconia (CZ) unless a product page says otherwise — they are not diamonds. Colors may vary slightly between screens and photographs, and small variations between pieces are normal.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. You pay in the currency shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility.

4. Orders
Your order is a request to buy. We confirm it by email, and we may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

5. Shipping
Processing and delivery times, rates and free-shipping thresholds are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you give us.

6. Returns and refunds
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, under the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Wholesale
Wholesale orders are for licensed retailers and distributors, with a minimum order value of US$500. Payment is by bank transfer (SWIFT/CHATS), and shipping is quoted and paid together with the order. Email support@borowskijewelry.com to open a wholesale account.

8. Intellectual property
The BOROWSKI name, logo, product photography and site content belong to us. Please do not use them without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the courts of Guangzhou have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to your order.
